Kidinas Solutions (“we”, “us”) operates kidinas.com and is the data controller for this website. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and the choices available to you. The site is deliberately minimal: there is no analytics and no advertising.

- Contact form. When you send us a message we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. We use them only to respond to your inquiry.
- Abuse prevention. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes signals about your browser and device to distinguish people from automated bots. Turnstile may set a functional cookie as part of this check.
- Security and network data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, user agent, and request metadata to serve the site, protect it against abuse, and enforce rate limits. The administrative dashboard is additionally protected by Cloudflare Access.
How we use your information
We use personal data to respond to your inquiry, to operate and secure the website, and to prevent spam and abuse. We do not use it for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell it.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that operate this site:
- Cloudflare — hosting, network security, rate limiting, Turnstile bot protection and Access authentication.
- Zoho (ZeptoMail) — transactional delivery of contact-form messages.
Inquiries are not stored in a database; a submission is delivered to our email inbox at [email protected].
Retention
Contact-form messages remain in our email inbox only for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up. Security logs are retained by Cloudflare for a limited period under their policies. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.
Your rights
Depending on the data-protection law that applies in your country, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to its processing. We apply this policy wherever you access the site. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookies that may be set are functional ones from Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection) and Cloudflare Access (administrative sign-in).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
